We are currently accepting applications and resumes for the following positions:

Program Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating and monitoring the scheduling pricing and technical performance of company programs. Aids in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to problems. Acts as an advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

 Requirements:

·          Previous experience working as a Program Manager in the PCB Electronic Manufacturing Services industry

·          Knowledgeable of printed circuit board assembly

·          Maintain cooperative relationships with customers and internal departments

·          Able to effectively present information and respond to questions form customers, managers and employees

·          Intermediate applicability of MS Word and MS Excel

·          Possess excellent math aptitude to include decimals, fractions, percentages, and conversions

·          Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision

·          Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of issues

·          Possess attention to detail and keep accurate documentation

·          Possessing professional appearance and dress, pleasant personality, persistence, and a positive attitude

Desired Education / Experience:

Five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

 

Cam Operator - Fabrication

·          Responsible for reading customer gerber into Valor or Frontline Genesis program and editing gerber data to manufacture PCBs.

o         Performs 1-ups, edits, netlist compare and DFM, DRCs, panelization

o         Understanding of blueprint nomenclature and process flow

o         Add Military, TDR and IPC coupons

o         Produce output files – Drill, Rout, Gerber, Test , LDI, and AOI

·          Minimum one year of Genesis program experience required.

·          Must be able to communicate effectively with all personnel.

·          Proficient at the intermediate level in MS Word and MS Excel programs

·          Experience with Polar Calculator and Planning experience a plus

Ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service to employees and customers and possess an attention to detail. Ability to do test programs and Impedance calculations is a plus.

 

 

Planner- Fabrication

·          Writes up new and repeat jobs for production

o         Makes sure travelers are written up correctly within print and specs specifications

o         Proven ability to read blueprints, and customer/IPC/Mil specifications

·          Files film packages

o         Alphabetically and numerically

o         Matches closed jobs for filing

·          Must possess knowledge of processes for Blind and Buried Vias, Via in pad, sequential laminations, Impedance Calculations

·          Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess at least one year of experience in PCB Planning with extensive data entry skills and attention to detail. Employees are regularly required to sit for extended periods of time and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

 

 

Quality Engineer – Fabrication and Assembly

Responsibilities include:

·           Prepares quality process documentation

·           Supports Test processes as well as Fabrication and Assembly production processes

·           Conducts failure analysis

·           Manages MRB and RMA processes

·           Writes inspection and test documentation/aides

·           Supports Company quality system improvement activities

Specific Skills and knowledge needed:

·           Experience with SPC and Cp/Cpk have done 1-2 projects and/or run SPC for a production line

·           Familiar with Six Sigma tools and lean manufacturing methods

·           Failure analysis, data collection and reporting experience

·           Managing data inside material management systems

·           Vendor report card system, vendor surveys, PCB Fab/Assy/Test experience preferred

·           Internal Auditing, ISO90001:2000, ISO13485, MIL PRF 55110 or 31032, IPC6012, IPC610 knowledge a plus

·           MS Project and MS Office Suite

·           Engineering degree relating to manufacturing of EMS/PCB products with experience setting up and conducting Quality Management Systems

 

 

Quality Control Inspector – Fabrication

·          Conducts First Article Inspection, In-process, and Final Inspection

o         Utilizes visual techniques, AOI machines, metal testers, and TDR tester

§          Checks etch

§          Inner layer inspection

§          Pre-mask

§          Inner/outer layer touch up

§          Identifies flaws, bad registration, and laminate imperfections

·          Performs inner/outer layer touchup as needed

·          Works with magnifying light and measures trace widths

·          Uses calipers and eyepiece

·          Possess familiarity with mil-spec documentation to include Group A test for first articles

·          Maintains accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years experience specifically in bare-board inspection and possess a good understanding of printed circuit boards.  Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret schematics, technical procedures and various reports and be able to write reports and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees; interfaces with other departments regularly and lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds.

 

 

Electronic Test Technician – Assembly

·          Operates test equipment

·          Performs debug operation down to the component level, Troubleshoots and verifies boards, Analyzes failures, test procedures and test data

·          Works in a team environment to make sure production requirements are met in a timely fashion

·          Possess an AA degree in Electronics at a minimum, BSEE preferred; will consider a combination of experience and studies

Ideal candidates will be experienced technicians who have worked as an assembled PCB technician for a minimum of three years and/or at the Lead level providing work direction and training to fellow coworkers and are:

o         Proficient in the use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DVMs, signal generators, and other test equipment

o         Employees must be able to work overtime to satisfy customer requirements

o         Experienced in operating Flying Probe Testers for PCBs and PWBs, AOI equipment, ICT testers, Boundary Scan (a plus), and IC programming equipment.

o         Experience in boxbuild environment, SPC, data collection and reporting, failure analysis, and FMEA is a plus.
